Job Description

    Job Responsibilities
    -  Involved in cooking and food preparation according to standard operating procedures
    -  Responsible for smooth operations of kitchen duties
    -  Supervise and oversee junior kitchen  assistants
    -  Attend to all kitchen duties including stock checking and inventory management
    -  Ensure good kitchen hygiene and housekeeping standards
    -  Ensure food is stored, prepared and presented in a safe and hygiene manner
    Job Requirement
    -  At least SPM / full time Diploma in culinary studies / Food & Beverage services Management or equivalent

    -  Required languages : English and Bahasa Malaysia  
    -  At least 2 years' working experiences in related field in hospitality industries is preferred.
    -  Required skills : Responsible, reliable, independent, excellent teamwork, honest, efficient

        and professional at work

    -  Able to carry out multi-tasking and work independently with minimum supervision
    -  Able to work on shift, weekends and Public Holidays
    -  Preferably Sarawakian, muslim applicants
