Job Description

Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities
    -  Reporting to Executive Chef, overseeing the preparation and cooking of kitchen and

    restaurant operations.

    -  Develop & implement innovative food ideas/concepts, creativity in menu, new or revised

        menu/ recipe, items to increase sales
    -  Oversee the preparation of menu items for the whole kitchen operations
    -  To maintain high standard of all food preparation, service and food hygiene in the kitchens

        according to the standard, Halal compliance and SOP
    -  Familiar with industry's best practices
    -  Build an efficient team of employees by taking an actual interest in their welfare, safety,

        security, training and development
    -  Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situation and providing solutions
    -  Attend meeting as and when required

Requirements

    Job Requirement
    -  At least Bachelor degree/Post graduate Diploma/Professional degree in Food & Beverage

        services management or equivalent
    -  Required languages : English and Bahasa Malaysia  
    -  At least 5 years' working experiences in related field in hospitality industries is preferred.
    -  Required skills : Responsible, reliable, independent, excellent teamwork, honest, efficient

        and professional at work

    -  Able to carry out multi-tasking and work independently with minimum supervision
    -  Able to work on shift, weekends and Public Holidays
    -  Preferably Sarawakian, muslim applicants
